As you may have noticed during the commissioner’s talk before the draft, the WNBA is working hard to expand the league into more cities and is currently considering: Philadelphia, South Florida, and several more.

Earlier this month we sat down with Jess Smith who is the President of the Golden State expansion team. She comes from Angel City FC, where she helped boost revenue to historic numbers, developing one of the most popular women’s soccer teams in the nation.
